Why Royal Ticket

A conductor ticket machine on any Android phone.

Set routes and fares once on the web; conductors just sell tickets.

🧮

Stage-fare auto-calc

Enter one cumulative fare per stop; the fare for any From→To is the difference — Surat→Baroda is computed, not entered.

🧒

Passenger categories

Adult, child and senior concessions as a % of the base fare, mixable on one ticket (2 adult + 1 child).

📍

Route per counter

Assign one or more routes to each counter; the app pre-selects the conductor’s usual route and remembers it.

Offline ticketing

Sell and print with no signal; tickets sync when the bus is back in coverage.

🖨️

Handheld printing

Prints on a Bluetooth or built-in 58 mm thermal head — ticket issues and closes in one tap.

⬆️

Bulk route import

Load an entire route + fare chart from a simple CSV — no stop-by-stop typing.

How it works

Three taps at the counter.

1

Set routes & fares (web)

Admin adds each route’s stops with a cumulative fare, and assigns routes to counters.

2

Conductor sells a ticket

Pick route, From→To and passenger mix — the fare totals automatically.

3

Collect & print

Cash or UPI, print, and the ticket closes instantly — no exit scan needed.

FAQ

Bus Ticketing — frequently asked.

How are fares calculated?

You set a cumulative fare from the route’s first stop for each stop. The fare between any two stops is the difference, so all stage fares are derived from one number per stop.

Can I give child or senior concessions?

Yes — each passenger category is a percentage of the base fare (e.g. child 50%), and a single ticket can mix categories.

Does the conductor pick the route every time?

No. You assign routes to a counter and the app remembers the last-used route, pre-selecting it — the conductor just picks boarding and destination stops.

Does it work without a network?

Yes. Tickets are issued and printed offline and sync automatically when the device reconnects.

Can I import my existing fare chart?

Yes — routes and fares load from a CSV (route, stop, fare), so setup takes minutes instead of hours.
